The 2025 AJA Vineyards Wine & Food Pairing Guide

At AJA Vineyards, we believe wine is more than something you sip—it’s an experience meant to be shared around the table with food, family, and friends. Each of our wines tells the story of Malibu’s coastal beauty, our family vineyards, and the unique regions we source from across California. To help you bring out the very best in every glass, we’ve created this guide of perfect pairings for our current releases. Whether you’re planning a backyard barbecue, a summer picnic, or a cozy dinner party, you’ll find inspiration here.
