Private Event Policy
We are delighted to offer Private Events for those seeking a memorable experience in our elegant wine tasting room. Please review the following details:
- Guest Capacity
- Partial Buyouts accommodate from 11 up to 20 people.
- Full buyouts accommodate from 21 up to 45 people in our tasting room.
Minimum Spend Requirement
- Required Minimum Spend Breakdown
- Full Buyout: $3000 (Sunday-Thursday), $5000 (Friday-Saturday) minimum spend
- Partial Buyout: $1000 minimum spend.
- Applicable to wine purchases and additional winery services.
- Non-alcoholic standard beverages and artisanal snacks are also available.
- Food from our North Italia partnership is available as well. Pre-order to ensure your selections are hot and fresh upon arrival.
- Any food that is not listed in our partnership will have to be paid for separately and is not included in the minimum spend.
- You are welcome to bring your own catering at a fee of $10 per head that will be included to your minimum spend.
- If you choose to bring a cake, a cake cutting fee will be added for a $15 one-time fee (waived if you are participating in catering $10 per head fee).
Guided Tasting Experience (Optional Add-On)
Enhance your event with a guided tasting led by a private sommelier, featuring:
- Customized tasting mats for an immersive wine experience.
- A personalized, educational journey through our wines, with tasting notes and pairing insights.
- Curated wine selections tailored to your group’s preferences.
Special Requests
- Décor, entertainment, or additional services can be arranged for an extra fee. Please inquire when booking.
Deposit & Payment
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, and will be returned to you via transfer after payment is made in full the day of the event.
- A 20% auto gratuity will be added to the final bill.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations within 7 days of the event will forfeit the deposit.
