Return Policy

RETURNS – In accordance with California Law, all wine sales are final. Returns are permitted only for wines determined to be defective. Eligible bottles may be returned for store credit or replacement within thirty (30) days of purchase and must be accompanied by a valid receipt. Returned bottles must contain the majority of the original contents in order to qualify for evaluation.

OLDER VINTAGES – While we exercise diligent, temperature-controlled storage and maintain proper provenance, we make no representations or warranties regarding the condition of wines more than five (6) years beyond the most recent vintage. This limitation is consistent with standard industry practice.

HEAT & ULLAGE – Wine is highly susceptible to temperature fluctuations. Exposure to elevated temperatures may result in cork displacement, leakage (ullage), label damage, or spoilage. We cannot accept returns for any wines exhibiting signs of heat exposure or temperature-related damage. All wines are stored in temperature controlled environments, and precautions are taken during periods weather fluctuation.
