No experience needed to enjoy this class. We’ll begin with Inspired Method’s Fav 5 stretches to release body tension\, increase circulation\, and just feel good. Then\, we’ll conclude our time with a soothing guided breathwork segment. \nAfter class join us at our tasting room for a 3 wine flight of our award-winning wines! \nPrice includes fitness class and 3 wine flight.
